Dr Muhammad Gambo leads the Policy, Research and Partnerships unit of Shelter Afrique, a Pan African Housing Finance Institution based in Nairobi, Kenya. The position is responsible for managing the policy, research and partner relationship aspects of the organization towards providing innovative solutions to the housing and urban development challenges in Africa. Muhammad holds a PhD in Real Estate and Facilities Management from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia and have participated in Executive Education programs and courses at Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town, South Africa; Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, United States and Strathmore Business School, Nairobi, Kenya. He has published widely in the fields of affordable housing delivery, innovative financing techniques for infrastructure projects, infrastructure reform and regulation, built environment research techniques & methodology and sustainable development.
